The Journal of Political Management is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Payame Noor University (PNU), dedicated to fostering scientific and intellectual dialogue among national and international researchers in the fields of political management, public policy, governance, and power structures.
This quarterly journal has been established in response to the growing need for research in the dynamic and evolving domain of political management, aiming to publish high-quality, original research that presents innovative findings and contributes to theoretical and practical advancements in the discipline.
To enhance discoverability and academic citation, each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI). The journal is published in both print and online formats, and is freely accessible under an Open Access policy.

To maintain high editorial standards and support open access, the journal applies the following fees:
Review fee: 4,000,000 IRR (non-refundable)
Article processing fee upon acceptance: 20,000,000 IRR
The remaining publication and hosting costs are fully covered by Payame Noor University.
Authors retain no proprietary rights after publication and, upon submission, transfer all economic and moral rights to the journal and the publisher. The journal reserves the right to disseminate the article in print, online, CD-ROM, and through domestic and international abstracting and indexing databases. In the event of manuscript rejection or withdrawal prior to a final editorial decision, these rights are revoked.

All electronic versions of articles are archived and backed up regularly at geographically separated secure locations, including one offsite backup copy stored away from the main editorial office in Tehran, Iran.
While the main content of published articles will not be altered, any necessary corrections or clarifications will be issued as annotations or addenda, clearly marked for transparency. Backup and replication copies are routinely updated to ensure data integrity and system resilience.
